Complex and fragrant aromas of apple blossom,limes, rock melon and slate. the fresh and textured palate shows good lime and stone flavours; the delicate acid and just enough sweetness on the long mineral finish finely balance the palate.

This off-dry wine has an expressive nose of pink grapefruit mixed with pineapple and pear, notes of quince paste and a hint of spice. The rich, full and almost endless palate is gentle on entry with a refreshing chalky acidity.

This complex and savoury wine is both deliciously aromatic and richly textured.  Released as a mature wine, Te Koko is a full bodied style with a hint of smoky oak

Tank fermentation at low temperatures has developed rich aromas, with full ripe tropical fruit and a generous palate of texture, fruit and wild mineral elements. A great aperitif and an ideal partner for a range of foods.

White peach and citrus blossom aromas are meshed with flint and subtle hazelnut characters. The rich fruit is balanced by lemony acidity. Texturally, a chalky, granular mid palate provides the structure and line to unleash waves of flavour on the finish.

Aged for eleven months in new French and American oak, this big, bold and luscious Chardonnay has a beautiful creamy texture.  It is rich with ripe tropical fruits and a backbone of toasty oak.

From 18 year old vines, this Chardonnay receives it’s distinctiveness, displaying lifted fruit aroma and a distinct minerality.

Dominated by plums and dark cherries and overlaid with violets.  The palate is supple with excellent power throughout, and full of dark fruits and soft tannins.  The well rounded acids complete its complex structure.

Dark plum and cherry mingle with spice, liquorice and mineral notes. Medium bodied and well structured with dark chocolate on the finish.

A fragrant bouquet of black currants and spice. The palate is sturdy, rich and ripe. The finish is wrapped in toasty, new French oak with notable power.

A profusion of dark plum, blackcurrant, liquorice, thyme and cinnamon burst on the bouquet. Luscious ripe fruit flavours are layered with soft silky tannin and meld with sweet mocha notes derived from new oak barrels, leaving a powerful, smooth finish.

A complex wine with tobacco and leather overtones above the plum bouquet.  Deeper tannins add to the palate, firming the end while leaving the fruitiness in mid-palate.  There is light pepper that adds to its kaleidoscopic bouquet.  This is a distinctive Merlot.

A vivid, deep purple colour with an intense cedar, fig, blackberry and blueberry aroma, the palate is full and sweet.  It has a silky-svelte texture, and cassis and toffee-mocha flavours.  Restrained tannin coupled with rich alcohol produces a velvety rolling length.

Deep magenta in colour with a nose of full intensity, the Cigar 2008 is a brooding wine showing leather, dark chocolate and high tones of cassis and jujube fruit pastilles. The palate surprises as it is not the brute the nose suggests. It is a medium bodied wine with fruit flavours of dark cherries and blackberries. The tannins are silky smooth and act in harmony with the fruit for a lingering finish.

This wine has an aromatic nose, nicely integrated vanilla oak with a touch of earthy complexity. The palate is dense and concentrated with fine texture and firm tannins. It is supremely well balanced.

At its peak drinking age now and for next two years. This single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a dense cherry colour with a touch of mahogany.  Its bouquet hints at cranberries, cherries, truffles and incense developed during ageing in wood.  The aftertaste is full and elegant befitting a wing of this quality.

Full-bodied, with a deep ruby/purple color and sweet notes of berry fruit, a hint of road tar, and some pepper, the wine is dense, chewy, ripe, and a surprisingly big mouthful of juicy, velvety-textured wine. 

A deeply coloured wine that has an expressive and attractive bouquet of cassis, graphite, smoke and coffee that follows through with a remarkable well-knit backbone of tannins.  It has a fine, plump, presence with rather low acidity but with good grip.

75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc. For those who like an affable style of wine that is easy to drink, this offers generous amounts of soft, easygoing blackcurrant fruit, medium body and a soft finish. Excellent with red meats, poultry and game.

Here, Gamay Noir, the grape of the Beaujolais, produces a delicious wine bursting with crushed red-berry characters. Its vibrant fruit provides immediate appeal and flavour to match most cuisine.
