Current Recipe - Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
400gm Butter
400gm Caster Sugar
400gm Chocolate
8 Eggs
8 tbsp Flour
4 tsp vanilla

Method
1. Melt together the Butter & Chocolate. Let cool when melted.

2. Whisk together the Eggs, Flour, Sugar & vanilla until well combined.

3. Pour the Butter & Chocolate mixture into the Eggs & Flour mix and stir through.

4. Pour into greased moulds & bake at 200 C for approx 15 minutes or until the sides of the cakes are cooked and the centre is still moist.

5. Turn the cakes out of the moulds 10 minutes after they have finished cooking.
